Bitum Gasket bituminous sealant black 300ml - NPT 0006005
Elastoplastic sealing adhesive based on elastomeric bitumen resins that adheres to most building materials, even damp surfaces, forming a flexible film.
Specific for repair of bituminous membranes and bonding/sealing of cladding or insulation materials (except EPS and XPS), roof tiles, plasticizer-free plastic surfaces.
Allows sealing and waterproofing of joints, cracks, various breaks, bulges, underbody coatings of vehicles, caravans, etc.
Adheres to concrete, zinc, wood, aluminum, sheet metal etc.
Good occasional resistance to solvents excluding Ragia or Mineral oils.
Not paintable, not compatible with other sealants.

Application
Remove the threaded top from the plastic nozzle, screw on the nozzle and cut it at an angle to the desired bead thickness and profile.
Insert the cartridge into a manual or pneumatic gun and apply by bead.
Full curing is a function of thickness and weather conditions and can range from 24 hours up to 3 days, but good adhesion and consistency is already achieved after a few hours.
Equipment cleaning and personal protection
Clean tools used with white spirit.
Avoid contact with skin by using latex, rubber or polyethylene gloves.
If it comes in contact with skin, remove immediately and wash with soap and water.
Product life and storage
Bitum Gasket can be stored for 12 months in the original packaging.
Storage temperature between 5°C and 30°C in cool and dry room.
Keep away from sources of moisture, heat sources.
