Ferox Primer for Galvanized Metals 400ml - Arexons 2012

Ferox Primer- primer for galvanized metals is an ideal product for pretreating galvanized surfaces.

Application of the primer improves the adhesion of enamels used for surface finishing.

Its resistance to weathering, along with its quick-drying properties, make it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Gray and matte in color, it is suitable for all types of finishes.

Employment

Ideal for pretreating galvanized metal surfaces.

Use

Surface preparation:

Finely sand the surface with a P600 paper if necessary.

Then thoroughly clean the surface to be treated of dust, grease and oil.

Application:

Shake the canister vigorously at least two minutes.

Spray from a distance of 25 cm.

Apply two to three light, crisscrossing coats.

After use, turn the can upside down and spray until only gas comes out to get the nozzle clean.

Overpaintable after 2-4 h.

Any product stains can be removed with acetone and/or nitro thinner.

Warnings

Arexons guarantees compatibility between paints of its own production, before doing the work make sure of compatibility with paints/undercoats of other manufacturers.

Storage

At least 3 years if stored under the following conditions: in the original, sealed package, away from direct sunlight, in a temperature range of 5°C to 35°C.
