Metal putty 208gr - Arexons 3009

Two-component paste filler that exhibits good adhesion on galvanized sheet metal, steel, aluminum, light alloys and fiberglass.

It is characterized by easy trowelability, is suitable for dry sanding, and is a basic product for carrying out any kind of work.

It is suitable for repairs, fillers, touch-ups on any substrate, in body work and industry, excellent in DIY.

Fields of use

The product is suitable for repairing and reconstructing surfaces, including extensive surfaces, of steel, cast iron, galvanized steel, fiberglass, old paint, etc.

Catalysis ratio: 100 parts resin + 2-3 parts hardener

Gel time: 5÷7 minutes

Complete polymerization: After 2 hours

Mode of use

The surface to be treated must be dry, clean, free of dust, waxes and grease, and roughened by sanding.

For use, add 2 to 3 parts of hardener to 100 parts of resin.

Mix the two components until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Apply the product with a trowel.

After 30 ÷ 40 minutes it is possible to sand.

Warnings

When grouting large surfaces, do not exceed 5 mm per application.

To achieve greater thicknesses make several applications.

Application at temperatures below 10°C is not recommended.

Storage

In unopened package and stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight 12 months.
