Use: A UV lamp emits heat and light at a particular frequency. The combination tralight and heat, is highly attractive to common mosquitoes and other flying insects.

UV rays irradiate the inner surface of the fixture, coated with Titanium Dioxide, triggering photocatalysis that produces CO2, a strong attractant for mosquitoes.

The fan diffuses the CO2 into the environment, attracting mosquitoes, which, once close, are sucked in and trapped in the container below where they die of dehydration.

When the machine is turned off, the container automatically closes to prevent the escape of the still-living mosquitoes.
