Neutral flap discs, the fiber support is rigid, and allows you to work with higher pressures.
In the conical version it is possible to consume the inner part of the cloth, working along the entire flap. The flat shape, on the other hand, makes it possible to work at a spot, to enter in hard-to-reach spaces, to concentrate grinding power on a smaller surface and in a more aggressive way.
