Cyanoacrylate adhesive for rubber C666 50ml - Arexons 4756

Transparent, single-component cyanoacrylate adhesive, particularly suitable for bonding all types of natural and synthetic rubber.

Also suitable for difficult-to-bond elastomers such as EPDM.

Employment

It is used in industry for bonding rubber parts such as:

• Caucciù
• NR – poliisoprene
• NBR – gomma nitrilica
• SBR – stirolo butadiene
• CR – cloroprene
• EPDM – etilene propilene

Use

Clean the parts to be bonded thoroughly with alcohol or acetone.

Check that the surfaces fit together perfectly.

Apply a thin layer of adhesive to only one of the two parts to be bonded (the smaller the quantity, the faster and more tenacious the bonding).

Join the surfaces and press for a few seconds.

After 24h bonding is complete.

Soluble in DMF, acetone, acetonitrile.

Warnings

The product acts quickly, and is also capable of rapidly bonding the leather.

In this case, the bonded skin should be gently and gradually separated with the help of warm water and soap.

Avoid forcible detachment and/or the use of sharp objects that may cause worse injuries.

Storage

Shelf life in original containers at least 18 months.

For best conservation we recommend storage in a cool, dry place (if possible between +2°C and +10°C).
