Description
WHAT IT IS
Single-component, self-expanding polyurethane Rapid Foam hardens under the influence of atmospheric moisture.
The uniform, predominantly closed-pore cell structure, dimensional stability and mechanical properties make this product ideal for fixing, insulating and sealing.
APPLICATIONS
It has excellent adhesion to all common materials used in construction, both smooth and porous: wood, concrete, plaster, metals, plastics (except polythene, Teflon and silicone).
Polyurethane foam fills by penetrating all cavities and is used for assembling, sealing and insulating window and door frames and boxes, filling and sealing joints, grooves, cavities and pipe penetrations, making or completing thermal and acoustic coatings, and fixing electrical boxes.
BENEFITS
Once cured, polyurethane foam is impervious to microorganisms and mold and has excellent resistance to chemicals.
It can be drilled, cut, grouted and painted. It is waterproof and resists heat, cold and aging.
In the special "MATIC" canister, it is ideal for use with all types of polyurethane foam extrusion guns.
APPLICATION METHODS AND INSTRUCTIONS
Once applied, it should be protected from UV rays and sunlight.
