- Shafts for small hole saws, Ø 14-30 mm:
- 8.5 mm shank
- With hexagonal shank
- Shafts for large holesaws, Ø 32-210 mm:
- Shafts with the suffix QC are equipped with a quick-change mechanism (Quick-Change) and do not require additional tools for holesaw replacement
- It is not recommended to use spindles with 8.5 mm (11/32") shank for holesaws larger than 100 mm (4")
- All arbors are equipped with HSS 3834-DRL pilot bit for metal and wood cutting applications
- Spindles can be used with tungsten carbide hole saws, but we recommend using 3834-DRL-CT tungsten carbide pilot tips for cutting abrasive materials
- The spindles can be used with multi-material holesaws, but in this case the use of 3834-DRL-L tips is required
- All -C series arbors are supplied in self-service packaging, while the other series are packaged in a cardboard box with instructions included
