System TZ226 Cold Galvaniser 400ml - Arexons 4226

SYSTEM TZ 226 is a zinc-based protective agent that prevents oxidation on ferrous materials.

The zinc powder contained in the product adheres strongly to the metal surface, forming a protective barrier against rust and corrosion. In addition, in contact with air it forms a surface layer of zinc oxide that provides further protection to the substrate.

Fields of application

Suitable for protecting metal structures, tanks, pipes, gutters, fences and various work tools.

SYSTEM TZ 226 forms an ideal film for touching up and treating welds on galvanised parts.

It is a ready-to-use single-component product and can be used as a final protective coating or as an undercoat.

System galvaniser forms a tough, elastic, crack-free film that gives coated surfaces the "new" galvanised appearance.

Modalities of use

Thoroughly clean and dry the parts to be treated and remove traces of rust.

Shake the can well until you feel the ball move freely inside and continue for a couple of minutes.

Dispense several light coats of product from a distance of approx. 20 cm.

After use, spray for 2 to 3 seconds with the can upside down to avoid clogging the nozzle.

Storage

Shelf life in sealed package and stored at room temperature: at least 3 years.
