Thick Surface Sealant 35A10 100ml - Arexons 4734
Suitable for coupling flat surfaces with a maximum play of 0.50 mm.
Disassembly is possible with normal tools.
A self-moulding product, it eliminates the problem of storing traditional gaskets of all shapes and sizes, replacing their use on rigid joints, even on surfaces that are not perfectly machined.
The high thixotropy prevents the treated surfaces from dripping and allows application without waste.
It guarantees a perfect watertight seal.
Protects treated parts from corrosion and prevents loosening caused by vibration.
It does not create obstructions in micro passages and does not contaminate hydraulic or pneumatic circuits.
The anaerobic characteristic, i.e. fluid state in the presence of air, allows easy removal of excess product outside the joint.
Visible in Wood's black light.
Employment
Recommended for sealing gears, gearboxes, differentials, pumps, gearboxes, flanges in general.
Classification
Product tested according to ASTM Standards: D-1002, D 2095.
Use
The product is suitable for use on metal surfaces.
Clean and degrease surfaces with acetone.
Apply the product in sufficient quantity to completely fill the joint.
Assemble normally and wait for curing.
Warnings
This product is not normally recommended for use with plastics, where stress cracking is possible.

Storage
Product shelf life after packaging in sealed package and storage at room temperature: 18 months minimum.
